2. Server Registration

If you want to use my server, please submit the required information using the form below.
If you don’t want to use it or if it’s unavailable, please refer to this procedure.

You need the following two items for registration:

• Order Number
  If you purchased normally from Booth, enter the “Order Number”.
  If you received it as a gift, enter the “URL” that you open when receiving it.

• Web App URL
  Enter the web app URL that you noted in the previous step.
